Pine Haven Campground Rules & Regulations

Welcome to Pine Haven Campground!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following
rules and regulations:

1. Acknowledgment & Agreement

All responsible parties (guests) shall acknowledge receipt and sign our agreement, which includes the park rules, regulations, and policies prior to parking the RV on our site. Failure to do so will result in being requested to immediately vacate the RV Park.

2. Trailer & Tow Vehicle Policy

All trailers must be in the company of a currently registered tow vehicle. Drop-offs or tow-ins are not permitted.

3. Conduct & Behavior

  • Guests must adhere to a code of good conduct and behavior. Do not disturb other residents, participants, or guests. No loud or continuous noises, music, barking dogs, profanity, or parties.
  • Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

4. RV & Vehicle Specifications

  • We accept 2000 or newer RVs: Class A, B, & C motorhomes, travel trailers, and 5th wheels.
  • All RVs must be self-contained with a 3” sewer hose, leak-free water hose, and wood under stabilizers.
  • RVs must be in good repair, neat, clean, and in compliance with age exceptions for restored models.

5. Space & Vehicle Limits

  • One RV/trailer per space.
  • Only 2 additional vehicles (car, pickup, golf cart, ATV) associated with the RV are allowed.

6. Maintenance & Cleanliness

RV space must be maintained in good, clean condition. No garbage or trash should be visible.

7. No Vehicle Repairs

No vehicle repairs, maintenance activities, fluid changes, washing, or rinsing of vehicles/RVs are permitted. No permanent structures are allowed.

8. Registration & Insurance

All RVs, trailers, and camping vehicles must have current, valid DMV registration and insurance.

9. Liability

Elevation Property Group LLC doing business as Pine Haven Campground is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or property while parked.

10. Payment

RV site fees must be paid prior to check-in or extension.

11. Pet Policy

  • Dogs and cats are allowed.
  • Pets must not run loose or be tied outside unattended.
  • Trained service animals are permitted regardless of size.
  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
  • Noisy, destructive, or dangerous pets will result in termination of the agreement.

12. Parking

Parking is restricted to assigned areas only. All property must stay within the designated space. The main area has 21 full-service hookups. No restroom or shower facilities are available.

13. Check-in

Check-in time is 3pm; earlier check-in is available upon request, subject to availability.

14. Check-Out

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. the day after the last paid night.

15. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal drugs or activities are prohibited.
  • No tree cutting or limb removal.
  • Hunting is prohibited.

16. Speed Limit & External Policies

  • Speed limit is 5 mph.
  • Clotheslines and hanging clothes outside the RV are not permitted.
  • Fires must be attended and burned in designated fire pits/rings, fully extinguished when unattended.

17. Guest & Owner Compliance

Guests and invitees shall comply with all rules, laws, and regulations. Elevation Property Group LLC doing business as Pine Haven Campground reserves the right to make necessary changes, refuse service, or tow vehicles for violations or nonpayment.

18. Early Termination & Abandoned Property

  • Early termination by guest may result in damages equal to unpaid fees, court costs, and legal fees.
  • Abandoned RVs or property may be sold, with costs recoverable from the owner minus fees accumulated from loss of use of campsite, seller fees, and time.

19. Liability & Indemnity

Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elevation Property Group LLC doing business as Pine Haven Campground, officers, owners, and agents from any damages, injuries, claims, or liabilities arising from use of the site or property.
